​The Country Lake Pool Amenity is officially open for the 2024 Summer Season as of Saturday May 30.

​Pool Hours are from 9AM to 9PM.

​All residents current with their HOA Fee’s will have their access fobs reactivated for Summer 2020. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic we are opening the pool under new social distancing guidelines and new rules and regulations as well. You and your guest will see this information on pool side signs as well. 

YOU ARE PLACED ON NOTICE THAT BY UTILIZING THE POOL AND/OR CABANA AMENITY OF THE ASSOCIATION, YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS OF LIABILITY OR INJURY THROUGH USE OF THE AMENITY AND THAT NEITHER THE BOARD, THE ASSOCIATION, OR ANY OF ITS AGENTS WILL BE HELD LIABLE IF YOU BECOMES INJURED, SUCH AS CONTRACTING COVID-19.

 
YOU ARE USING THIS AMENITY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND AS A CONDITION OF UTILIZING THE POOL AND/OR CABANA AMENITY, YOU WILL HOLD THE BOARD, ASSOCIATION, OR ANY OF ITS AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY TYPE OF INJURY, INCLUDING CONTRACTING COVID-19.

Here are the new rules and regulations to govern public and community pools from the Sate of Georgia (this information will also be on pool side signs): 

Rules for Use of Pool Amenity:
  • No smoking in the pool area.
  • You cannot enter if you have been diagnosed with COVID19, had symptoms of COVID19, or have had contact with a person that has or is suspected to have COVID19.
  • You are responsible for enhancing sanitation procedures and social distancing requirements.
  • Occupancy at the pool is limited to a maximum of 33 people based on the surface area of the pool and pool decking (the size of the concrete around the pool) divided by 150.
  • No more than 10 persons in a particular common area of the pool shall be gathered at any given time and must maintain a distance of six feet.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be provided as they are available.
  • Antibacterial sanitation wipes will be provided as they are available.
  • You are required to wipe down any pool furniture before and after your use.
  • Congregating between non-cohabitating patrons is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing any high touch areas (i.e. Bathroom Doors)
